VERT™ Fitness uses resistance created and regulated by computers, making a much safer and more efficient workout than a typical free weight program. Computers provide analysis for every exercise set. It provides a graph that shows your range of motion, speed and power. This pushes clients to perform better each set improving overall fitness. VERT's™ “Bi-directional” exercises allow training of two or more opposing muscle groups within the same repetition, producing better results in less time.
